On our extensive à la Carte menu, our chefs from around the world offer classic French cuisine alongside innovative dishes from his own repertoire. Local sea & shellfish feature prominently; other specialties include vegetarian recipes and dishes for the health conscious. Our Executive Chef, Tommy Poh, has brought excitement to the quintessential Bermudian formal-dining experience. Our menus change to reflect seasonal ingredients, ensuring the highest levels of flavour and freshness. Our fisherman brings his catch on a daily basis and herbs are picked from our garden on the property.
We are open every day serving dinner and on Sunday we feature Bermuda’s most famous and popular brunch. You can enjoy brunch indoors or outdoors in the romantic covered Palm Garden, resplendent with a rock pond, palms and an abundance of local fauna. From November through March, Fourways Inn is part of Bermuda’s most valued and exciting dine around package offered by the Dining Bermuda Group.
